In nineteenth century France, the mentally unstable head doctor of a sanatorium secretly uses the facility's dungeon as a torture chamber for his patients. A Mexican production, shot in Mexico City with a primarily Mexican cast and crew, but filmed in English, and subsequently dubbed into Spanish for Mexican release.
