Fran Ilich

Fran Ilich is a writer and media artist based in New York City. He is the game designer and sys-op for Variable Network State, a complex alternate reality game that runs an economic, political and social experiment in a cooperative server and elsewhere, on and offline. He has been active since 1990 working in narrative across media.
