Marilyn Mallory

Originally from Oklahoma. Attended high school later in Whittier, California. After graduation from Stanford University, I went to Italy where I entered the cloister of the Carthusian Nuns. After 17 months there, I left. I moved to The Netherlands where I studied Catholic theology and got my licentiate and doctorate in Catholic theology. After my divorce in 1983 I moved back to America. I eventually moved back to L.A. to become a script writer.

Member: Writers Guild of America-West, Independent Writers Caucus.

Script reader for Movie Guide's Kairos Prize contest since 2006 -- a contest for Christian scripts. My e-book, "Faith-Based Scripts: How to Write Them" is targeted to aspiring screenwriters of Christian scripts.

My other e-books, Pope Pius XII and the Jews: part 1 "A Docudrama," and part 2, "The Research" (What's True and What's Fiction?) are based on over 14 years of research in 6 languages.

My religious novel is "When Angels Call".
