Manfred Huschka

Manfred Huschka spent his entire professional career in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry: After graduation he was PCB manufacturing engineer. Thereafter he was engaged in the production of FR-4 base materials at the German factory of AlliedSignal Laminate Systems, with his highest position being Director Technology Europe. From mid-1997 until mid-2019, Manfred was with Taconic. In those more than 20 years he was in charge of the Irish PTFE base material manufacturing plant for 10 years, and was Vice President Global Sales for more than 10 years. After AGC acquired the Taconic ADD business unit, Manfred was Vice President of its Multi-Material Business Unit until he retired at the end of March 2023.

In April 2023 Manfred Huschka established his own Manfred Huschka Management Consulting (Shenzhen) Ltd. company 深圳瑞羽咨询管理有限公司, and is its CEO.

Manfred is the author of several printed circuit board technology books and many technical articles. He is also a speaker at many international events.

Due to Manfred Huschka’s frequent business trips to China in the past 20 years he developed a liking for China, and in particular the real life there. This resulted in him publishing his first photographic book about China in February 2024
