Daniel Müller

Daniel Müller, Santiago de Chile, is an experienced exploration geologist with over 30 years working for junior and major mining companies and exploring for Au and Cu in Asia, Australia, Middle East, North- and South-America, South Africa, and the SW-Pacific. His exploration teams discovered additional Au resources both at Kanowna Belle Gold Mines (underground), Kalgoorlie, Australia, and at Jabal Shayban, Kingdom of Saudiarabia. Daniel holds MSc, PhD and Habilitation degrees, respectively, and published numerous papers and two textbooks "Potassic Igneous Rocks and Associated Au-Cu Mineralization" (Springer, 5th ed., 2019) and "Metallic Mineral Resources The Critical Components for a Sustainable Earth" (Elsevier, 2024). Daniel is also Co Editor of the book "Alkaline Rocks, Economic and Geodynamic Significance through Geological Time" (Geol. Soc. London, Spec. Publ. 551, 2025) and Associate Editor of the journals "Ore Geology Reviews" and "Habitable Planet".
