Claude Renaud

Born in France but growing up mainly in Australia, Claude Renaud worked for many years for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra, serving in Cambodia in the mid-sixties and in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) in the last years of the Vietnam war, providing the background for his first two novels, Reluctant Betrayals and The Adopted Son. He is now retired and lives in Melbourne, where he is working on a third novel.
