Eric Charles LeMay

Eric LeMay received an MFA in writing from Columbia University and a PhD in English literature from Northwestern University. An award-winning instructor, he currently teaches writing at Columbia University and serves as Web Editor for Alimentum: The Literature of Food. His work has appeared in The Nation, The Harvard Review, The Paris Review, Gastronomica, and Poetry Daily. He has also published one book of poems. In the fall of 2010, he will join the creative writing faculty at Ohio University, his Alma mater. He is married to his fellow writer and co-taster, Chuck.
