I am a Type 2 Diabetic.

 

I was diagnosed with diabetes in December 2022. Subsequently, I made numerous lifestyle changes, and by November 2023, my doctor discontinued my diabetes medication. I continued monitoring my blood glucose levels using a Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor (CGM). By April 2025, my doctor removed the requirement to wear a CGM. Through lifestyle changes and diligence, I was able to naturally reverse my Type 2 Diabetes. I now realize that if I had made the same changes over the previous 25–30 years, I could have prevented my Type 2 Diabetes. Diabetes is one of the largest and fastest-growing medical illnesses worldwide. Preventing and reversing it is one of the biggest medical and personal challenges we face today.
