Izzy Justice

Dr. Izzy S. Justice is the founder and CEO of EQmentor, Inc., a global online professional development company that focuses on high performance of managers and leaders.

Dr. Justice has over two decades of experience in the global management consulting business working at Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen Consulting, and Cerner Corporation. Izzy has previously authored three books and sits on several profit and non-profit boards. He is a sought-after advisor to several other boards and provides thought leadership on Talent Management and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace. He also speaks world wide on these subjects at HR industry conferences and client seminars.

He has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Davidson College, and NC State University, an MBA from Queens University, and a Doctorate in Management.
