Ms. Janecek was the TV Host of “Community Health,” a popular live monthly call-in program in Chicago, Illinois, that aired for six years. She has been the Founder and President of Lenore Janecek & Associates, Ltd. since 1985, and founded the non-profit, Save the Patient in 2001. Her book credits include Health Insurance A Guide for Artists, Consultants, Entrepreneurs and Other Self-Employed.
Ms. Janecek has been president of Skokie Rotary, Campaign Chair of the United Way, and on the boards of Leadership Illinois, Leadership America, Women Health Executives Network, and the Rotary among others and has been appointed to the Selective Service Board by President Bill Clinton, President George Bush (Senior), and President Ronald Reagan and appointed by Governor Jim Edgar and Governor George Ryan to Health Boards and Task Forces.
