Alan Wallach

Born and raised in Booklyn, Alan is a retired computer consultant with a heavy science and math background. Having written two technical books in the nineties, he now writes full time., mostly fiction. He got involved writing fiction seriously having written an adventure series to get his 10 year old grandson to read. The result was The Kieran Adventure Series consisting of four books for young readers ten to fourteen. Their popularity indicates that adults like them, too.

Since he began writing full time, he has written five novels and an X-rated book about the escapades of a depressed elderly widower

He and his family lived in Italy and Switzerland for eight years. They recently moved from the Berkshires in Massachusetts to Englewood, New Jersey in the shadow of the New York City skyline. He is also a serious musician and keeps fit by playing basketball regularly, refusing to concede anything to age. Since living in Europe, he has become an avid skier.
