Benjamin Green

Benjamin Green is a second-generation native Californian, now living on the north coast with his partner, Anita,and their daughter, She'ifa. In the unreal world of "making" a living, he owns and operates a janitorial service. In the real world of living a life, he hikes and fishes in the natural world, and then tries to recreate and articulate his experiences in art and writing. He is a member of the Ferndale Arts Gallery cooperative in Ferndale, California and displays his work regionally in galleries and at craft fairs. He is the author of several books, including BEYOND ROSES ARE RED, VIOLETS ARE BLUE, THE FIELD NOTES OF A MADMAN, and BARBLESS HOOKS AND ANCHORHOLDS. He has lived in a campground for the last 30 years.
