George Binney

George Binney is an experienced consultant, executive coach and advisor. He is the director at the Ashridge Hult Business School of the National Institute for Health Research Leadership Programme.

He researches and writes widely on the realities of leadership in international organisations. His latest book is 'Breaking Free of Bonkers - How to lead in today's crazy world of organisations', Hachette, 2017. Previous books include 'Living Leadership – a Practical Guide for Ordinary Heroes', FT Prentice Hall, 2012.

George is married to a doctor and specialises in working in health, both in the UK and through international organisations including WHO. He helps clinicians and other professionals in senior roles to be more effective leaders. He also supports boards and senior teams to have the conversations that they need to have.
