James Laabs

James Laabs is an author, business person and entrepreneur. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, has owned several successful businesses and has taught at three colleges.

Non-fiction books by James Laabs include "The Wisconsin Dells: A Completely Unauthorized Guide" (1998), "The Business Sale System: Insider Secrets to Selling Any Small Business" (2007, "Getting Fit & Staying Fit In Your 40s, 50s and Beyond," (2008) and "Controlling High Blood Pressure" (2012).

Laabs is also the author of two Jake Goodman action thrillers, starting with "Slaying Season," which is set in the world of big-time college football. The second Jake Goodman title is "Fatal Shot" published in June, 2012.
