Ralph Mroz

With a career spanning the private sector (high-tech and management consulting), public sector (police officer and law enforcement trainer), and the non-profit sector, Ralph Mroz brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to his analysis. He has been a prolific writer and video presenter.

In the law enforcement arena, he's regarded as one of the leading critical thinkers regarding training. He's attended dozens of world-class trainings, taught at international training conferences, and as a member of his county's drug task force, participated in dozens of dynamic entries (raids). He's had the first-hand opportunity to pick the brains of many of the nation's leading trainers.

In the management arena he's the co-author (with Mitch Gooze) of Value Acceleration, the book that introduced the structured strategic marketing system known as the Customer Manufacturing Process. This book was partially based on his 1999 article in the Journal Of Industrial Marketing Management. He's been appointed to two gubernatorial commissions (one concerning to economic development, the other related to law enforcement).

As a baby boomer, he found he had to research many of the aspects of aging in order to plan effectively for the upcoming decades. Because there was no single resource that summed up the many aspects of aging that require planning and action, he wrote The Senior Years Master Plan which is the only resource of its kind.

Now retired, he volunteers at his local dog shelter and is involved with a police reform organization in his home state of Massachusetts.
