Jason Pugatch is a writer, actor, and the Associate Director of the Los Angeles non-profit organization the Young Storytellers Foundation, an organization that brings arts programming to at risk youth in Los Angeles public schools. He wrote the feature film Coach, and is the author of Starting Your Career as an Actor. He has written for the London Review of Books and blogs about arts education for the Huffington Post.
As an actor, Mr. Pugatch has appeared in plays in New York and regionally. On television, he appeared on television shows like Numb3rs, Lincoln Heights, and Law & as well as in many television commercials. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, where he focused on literature, theater, and writing, and an M.F.A. in Acting from the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard and the Moscow Art Theatre. He lives in Los Angeles.
