Joseph Williams PhD

Joseph Williams is the ICT Sector Lead for the State of Washington and was most recently the Dean of the School of Business, Government and Economics at Seattle Pacific University. A 20+ year veteran of the tech industry, Dr. Williams had a variety of technical and executive roles at COSS Technology Group, JD Edwards, Sun Microsystems, and Microsoft. He is now active in the Unified Communications field and is associated with the UC Strategies group.

Joseph is always noodling on how businesses can use technology for strategic advantage. He is working on trying to build informed public policy around the coming age of automation.
