Brian Whittingham

Brian Whittingham, a writer born, raised, and still living in Glasgow, has published 5 books of poetry & photographs, the most recent being CLOCKING IN CLOCKING OUT (A collection of poems & photographs on the subject of work), which has a companion publication, PEOPLE WHO WORK STANDING UP which showcases how to WORKSHOP creative writing sessions around the subject of working lives. He has written various short fiction and also 4 stage plays and presently teaches creative writing in the further education sector. In 2011 Whittingham was a visiting professor at Seattle University teaching narrative poetry.
