Who am I? Well, I'm a PA girl who enjoys writing stories about love and danger set in exotic locations. And I love throwing the comebacks on paper that I sometimes miss in real life, although I manage to lob quite a few. Four of my books, Pele's Tears, Sanctuary, Lokelani Nights, and The Spaniard's Cross, are romantic suspense; River of Dreams is a romantic adventure. I'm a former library cataloguer and newspaper proofreader, and I keep my hand in with freelance copyediting and proofreading for other writers. I live with my welder/EMT husband of many years, a man who no longer flinches when asked such questions as "How long does it take to bleed to death?" and "How can I disable a big piece of equipment?" In my free time, I read mysteries and, in the name of research, study handsome men on TV. I'm also a nighttime TV junkie; it's all about the stories! I jumped into the Kindle waters by publishing Sanctuary, some individual short stories, and now Pele's Tears, along with a trade paperback edition of PT. I'm blessed with its cover, an eye-catching blood red hibiscus. I believe that when you pick up one of my books to read we have a covenant, you and I. You're spending some of your life's hours reading someting I wrote. It humbles me. I hope I uphold my part of the bargain.
