Harold Metzel

After twenty-five years of ministry, including eight years as a missionary in Japan and Korea and then four years as President of Mount Vernon Bible College in Ohio. Needing to develop meaningful support for the college led him into the field of estate and planned giving. After retiring from employment, he now provides instruction for believers and a coaching ministry for local churches.

While meeting with church members in individual planning sessions, he learned that many who face high stress seem to have lost the ability to use their faith to tame the Stress Bully. Stress-Free Believers was written to put tools into the hands of believers as a practical way to separate stress from the problem and apply their faith for real results.
