Joseph Trigoboff

Joseph Trigoboff is an award winning author of three novels and a forthcoming memoir from Bare Knuckles Press about his childhood in East New York, where he grew up with the very people who would later be portrayed in the films Good Fellas and the The Big Heist. The memoir, RUMBLE IN BROOKLYN depicts the childhood of his street fighting and gang friends is straight from the dark heart of Brooklyn.

Loren D. Esteman, award-winning author of The True Confessions of Al Capone, has called RUMBLE IN BROOKLYN "damn good and harrowing. A tree may indeed grow in Brooklyn, but if Rumble in Brooklyn is any indication, it survived the rest of the forest. This is an honest and candid self-portrait set against a city of many contradictions that reads like a good novel.
