Daniel Glick is an award-winning author and journalist whose work has taken him to five continents for more than sixty publications, including National Geographic, Rolling Stone, and The New York Times Magazine. A former Newsweek Washington correspondent, he is the author of two acclaimed non-fiction books: Colorado Book Award-winning Monkey Dancing: A Father, Two Kids, and a Journey to the Ends of the Earth; and Powder Burn: Arson, Money, and Mystery on Vail Mountain. His diverse career includes producing international film documentaries, reporting for National Public Radio and the BBC, and working as a private investigator to help solve a historic murder case in Sydney, Australia. He holds degrees in comparative literature and journalism from the University of California, Berkeley and lives in Colorado. His first novel, Never Lost, will be published by Mission Point Press in March 2027
