He has also authored dozens of books, spoken and ministered in churches, conferences, conventions, crusades and more all around the world. He has been featured on many TV programs such as: It's Supernatural with Sid Roth, Praise the Lord with Arthur Blessitt, TBN, JCTV, CBN, CTN and more.

Richard is the Founder and President of Operation Light Force (OLF), a ministry based near Tampa, FL, which he has led for over 20 years. OLF’s vision is to equip men and women – old and young – to think, act and be like Jesus for their entire lives.
