Jay F. Hooper

Jay Hooper has taught for over 29 years in the North Carolina and Virginia community college systems and has worked in industry for 18 years. He has served as a consultant on various projects for over 30 years. He is currently the owner of Freeu and is involved with several endeavors with business and industry from his home base in Salisbury, NC and Clifton Forge, VA.
