Heather Eyles is the author of novels, plays, poetry, short stories as well as many books for children. Two of her children's books were chosen as Children's Books of The Year by Julia Eccleshare. She also founded an innovative theatre company, 'Singing Brink', which produced "total theatre" performance pieces and ran workshops in self empowerment through drama. She has been inspiring people to write and live creatively over many years.

Her recent book, WHERE AM I? In Search of the Lover-Shadow, shows how we feel compelled to revisit the trauma wounds of our childhood in our adult relationships. Her bittersweet recollections are an anthem to the Lover-Shadow she believed she had found in human form.

Heather runs, writes and cooks with a passion every day and her family and friends make her very happy. Much of that happiness she owes to her grandchildren and to her fellow-author husband, John.
