Kathryn Sheehan

Kathryn Sheehan has always been an excellent cook and meal planner. Trying new ingredients, techniques and recipes has been her norm. In fact, her family actually needed to ask for their favorite dishes to be repeated, because Kathryn was always trying something new.

Dietary restrictions over the last fifteen years were seen as challenges for Kathryn, and she continued to seek new ways to plan and cook. When she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, eliminating gluten was a tougher challenge, but it served to make Kathryn get even more creative! Her low-sugar, low-carb meals satisfy everyone; and Kathryn always feels victorious when she reveals to a guest that the delicious "pasta" dish (made with zucchini noodles) or slice of pie they just had contains fewer carbs than a fruit salad!

Kathryn is certified as a Nutritional Therapist and an Advanced Weight Loss Practitioner. She facilitates a Health and Wellness Support Group and teaches cooking classes in the community where she lives in Maine.
