Frederick T. Golder

Frederick T. Golder, Esq. is and has been a mediator and labor arbitrator for many years. He is currently an adjunct professor of law at the Massachusetts School of Law teaching courses in labor and employment law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Fred has also taught courses in labor relations, organizational behavior, employment law, and collective bargaining at Northeastern University, has taught courses in labor and employment law at Suffolk Law School, and has taught at Emory University School of Law in their Trial Techniques Program.

Fred has tried numerous labor and employment cases, both jury and jury-waived, in state and federal courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies. Fred has spoken on radio programs and has appeared on TV shows as an expert on labor and employment issues.
