Moshe Koppel is professor of computer science at Bar-Ilan University and the author of over 100 articles in leading academic journals and proceedings in mathematics, computer science, linguistics, law, economics, political science and other disciplines. He is the author of three books on Jewish thought and founding director of Dicta, a research institute devoted to developing tools for computational analysis of Jewish texts. Koppel is also founding director of Kohelet, Israel’s leading conservative-libertarian think tank, and he frequently advises members of Israel’s Knesset regarding legislative matters.
