Roger Plunk

ROGER PLUNK studied philosophy as an undergraduate and holds advanced degrees in law. He has worked as a sculptor and as a consultant on public international law, giving counsel to H.H. the Dalai Lama, and Afghan commander Ahmad Shah Massoud. He is an amateur songwriter on the ukulele.
