Pam Lassiter

Pam Lassiter is a career management consultant, speaker, and author with over 30 years of experience helping people and companies in transition. She is the principal of Lassiter Consulting, where she provides career counseling, transition, and outplacement services to clients around the world. She also coaches global leaders and women making leaps in career decisions in the HBS Executive Education program, and teaches Career Leadership at Harvard University.

Pam began her career in university administration and then moved into outplacement coaching with Right Management and R.L. Stevens. Her writing appears in publications such as Fortune, Fast Company, and CFO. She speaks at conferences and business groups and has been interviewed on Bloomberg Radio and the Financial News Network.

Born in Houston, Texas, Pam received her bachelor degree in English and Spanish from the University of Texas and her master’s degree in psychological counseling from Boston University, where she focused on career development and business management. Pam lives in Boston and volunteers at the Museum of Science, hoping to spread STEM education throughout the galaxy.
