Joseph Beckham

Joseph (Joe) Beckham, J.D., Ph.D., is professor emeritus, Florida State University. He continues to work as a consultant and counselor on matters of law and education for colleges and universities and public school districts. He has been recognized by the Education Law Association with the McGhehey Award for contributions to the field of law and education and became a named professor at Florida State University in the late 1990s. His articles have been published in the Journal of College and University Law, the University of Florida Law Review and the Journal of Law and Education to name a few. He has published three edited books on Higher Education Law in addition to the works represented on Amazon.
