Roberta Cava is the author of the book "Dealing with Difficult People" that has been an international best-seller since 1990 (24 publishers in 18 languages). She was born in Canada, and now lives on the Gold Coast of Queensland Australia. Roberta has written over 50 books - most are self-help non-fiction; 8 are fiction and she will be writing more.
