Robert C. Newbold

Rob Newbold is one of the world's leading experts on project management using the "critical chain" approach. He writes and speaks frequently about project management. Over the past twenty-five years he has developed process improvements in the fields of health care, manufacturing, and project management and has authored numerous papers and books. He is CEO of ProChain Solutions, which he co-founded in 1996. At ProChain he created the first commercially available critical chain scheduling software. Rob holds degrees from Stanford University, SUNY Stony Brook, and Yale University. He is also a father, flutist, and chess master.
