David D. Dill

David D. Dill is Professor Emeritus of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. He has been a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Manchester Business School, a Visiting Fellow at Wolfson College, Cambridge University and a Visiting Professor at the Center for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS), University of Twente, the Netherlands and the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. His research interests include public policy analysis, higher education policy, research policy, and academic quality assurance policy (see: www.unc.edu/ppaq).
