Paul Chynoweth

Paul Chynoweth is a lawyer, building surveyor and built environment educator. He leads the built environment professional doctorate programme at the University of Salford, UK and is the editor of the International Journal of Law in the Built Environment. His many publications include 'The Party Wall Casebook', the bestselling 'Law and the Built Environment' student textbook, and a number of award-winning, peer-reviewed journal articles on the future of expert evidence in rights to light litigation.
