Swiss-American artist, writer, and photographer John Bernhard, who settled in Houston, Texas, in 1980 after extensive travels across North America, is renowned for his diverse creative endeavors. With11 monographs and artwork featured in 20 museum collections, he has garnered global recognition through his exhibitions. In 2011, he published the captivating road trip memoir "America's Call," later released in French as "L'Appel de L'Amérique" in 2013 by Infolio Edition. For the past decade, John Bernhard has served as publisher and editor-in-chief of ArtHouston magazine. His latest literary venture, "Drift of Fate," released in 2024, marks Bernhard's debut into fiction, delving into the profound depths of human existence.
