Eric Baus

Eric Baus is the author of four books of poetry: The Tranquilized Tongue (City Lights, 2014) Scared Text, winner of the Colorado Prize for Poetry (Center for Literary Publishing, 2011), Tuned Droves (Octopus Books, 2009), and The To Sound, winner of the Verse Prize (Wave Books, 2004).

His work has been included in the following anthologies:60 Morning Walks: Serial Interviews with Contemporary Authors (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2014), The New Census: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry (Rescue Press, 2013), Open the Door: How to Excite Young People about Poetry (McSweeney's, 2013), The Arcadia Project: North American Postmodern Pastoral Poetry (Ahsahta Press, 2012), Poets on Painters (Ulrich Museum of Art, 2007).

He lives and teaches in Denver, Colorado.
