Joe Noland

Commissioner Joe Noland is a Salvation Army officer, now formally retired, but still fully engaged in the “no strings attached” creative process.

His ministry is summed up in three words: Chaos, Creativity, and Controversy - three elements implicit in any successful innovative endeavor.  His mantra? "Creativity is my drug of choice."

Joe began his life-long ministry adventure as the “Garbage Scraper” at a Salvation Army camp in the Malibu mountains of California. He concluded his official “active” part of that adventure as Territorial Commander, USA Eastern Territory, headquartered in New York.

In between is enough intrigue and drama to fill the pages of many literary works. But this is the here and now. Let’s Keep the intrigue and drama (Chaos, Creativity, and Controversy) ongoing via each new creation.
