Dr. Doyle has over 25 years of experience as a Corporate Executive, Business Consultant and Executive Coach focused on Human Development and Organizational Transformation.

He is the Principal of Growth Dynamics, a Business Consulting and Executive Coaching firm in San Diego.

He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Transformation.
