Through both his published works and personal consultations, Nestmann has assisted over 15,000 clients since 1984 in asset and wealth protection, as well as personal and financial privacy. His most well-known publication, The Lifeboat Strategy, focuses on American-client asset protection and financial privacy. He has also authored numerous reports exploring wealth preservation and international tax planning solutions. His work has been featured in various forms of media, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, ABC News, Barron’s, Bloomberg News, Business Week, and Forbes. He also regularly lectures on his areas of expertise both within the United States and across the globe.
Nestmann is the owner and president of The Nestmann Group, a boutique consultancy specializing in wealth preservation and international tax planning, which he founded in 1999. Since 2015, he has also served as co-owner and president of Fortress Trust, a licensed boutique Nevis incorporator, registered agent, and trust administrator.
Nestmann holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law from the Vienna University School of Economics and Business in Austria.
