Graham Jones

Graham Jones, Internet Psychologist, helps businesses understand how their customers behave online and use the internet. He is the author of several books on internet usage.

Graham is the former President of the Professional Speaking Association and is a Senior Lecturer and Business Programme Director at the University of Buckingham and an Associate Lecturer at the Open University.
