Arthur B. Hancock

Born in North Florida in 1945 during a hurricane. Briefly attended Florida Memorial College in St. Augustine, 1964-65, as its first white student. Played folk music in clubs and coffee houses in Florida, California, and Nepal. Became interested in what life was all about after a transformative experience in Northern California at the age of twenty-eight. Wrote first song while paralyzed in rehab center. John Denver recorded song "Relatively Speaking." First book, co-authored with wife Kathleen Brugger, "The Game of God: Recovering Your True Identity" published in 1993. Currently living in Asheville, North Carolina.
