J. Jay Evenson

Jay has been in the newspaper business most of his life as reporter, editor and publisher of weekly newspapers and a syndicated feature service. He is the author of “Break the Rules & Win” and “When all else fails…RTDD” and several small booklets. He has devoted much of his time to reading and understanding the nation’s laws, courts and our Constitution. Although he has read more law than many attorneys, he is a writer of news and views and uses this knowledge to encourage government officials to adhere to the U.S. Constitution – and to make the public aware of the tricks being played on them by the legal double-talk of the bureaucrats and courts.

Active in politics, he has been a legislative candidate, Chamber of Commerce President, organizer of citizen groups, a charter member of President Reagan’s Presidential Transition Foundation and he is national director of Survival Force of America, dedicated to informing government officials, the media and public, when actions are weakening the Constitution and Laws.
