Robert Froese

Robert Froese, originally a geologist, was Professor of English at the University of Maine at Machias, where he taught writing. He is now retired. He has published four novels: The Hour of Blue, The Forgotten Condition of Things, A Dark Music, and The Origins of Misgiving. His short stories have appeared in various literary magazines, including Ascent, The Catch, The Sonora Review, Prick of the Spindle, and Blackbird.
