Malcolm Edward Tudor

The Anglo-Italian military historian Malcolm Tudor is a graduate of the University of Wales and lives in the principality. His British father was a soldier with the Eighth Army in Italy and his Italian mother and grandparents helped numerous Allied escaped prisoners of war. The author has written ten books on Italy during World War II covering prisoners of war, escape and evasion, secret missions, airdrops, and resistance. He has conducted international research, interviewed veterans, and visited the scenes of their operations.
