Gerald D. McLellan is a former Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Judge,a trial lawywer specializing in Family Law, A former member of the American Academy of Marimonial Lawyers, admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of the U. S. He has written four editions of the Handbook of Massachsetts Family Law,a book entitled Eqitable Distribution published nationally by John Wiley & Sons and numerous articles in several publications.
