David W. Hunter

David. W. Hunter is a retired U.S. diplomat, who served in S. Korea, India, Ukraine, Pakistan and Spain. In 1983 he was a Visiting Doctoral Fellow at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins Univ. In 1991, he published Western Trade Pressure on the Soviet Union (MacMillan Academic Press: London, England).. He holds an M. Phil degree from London School of Economic. Hunter speaks Russian, Spanish and some Korean. in 2019 he was Distinguished Lecturer at the Fielden Institute, Indian River State College, and March 2020 was speaker at St. Petersburg Global Affairs Conference.
