Thomas Maschio has been a business anthropologist for the past 22 years and head of his own consultancy, Maschio Consulting, since 2004. His clients have included many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to becoming a business anthropologist he carried out academic ethnographic research in Papua New Guinea. His original training in humanistic anthropology undergirds his approach to business problems and consumer behavior. He is also the author of the book, To Remember the Faces of the Dead, and of many academic and business articles. He also writes and publishes memoir pieces.
