Donald E. Parker

Don Parker is a registered professional engineer (retired), certified cost engineer(1980-2013) and certified value engineer (life). He is a Fellow of SAVE International and Trustee of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation.

He served 28 years in the Federal Government and 26 years in the private sector in the cost and value fields helping countless projects to stay on budget and control costs with improved value.
