DR. D. H. (DEE) GROBERG
Dee is Founding Vice-President of International of the Covey Leadership Center. He has presented to a wide variety of audiences in the United States and throughout the world.
Dee has academic training and degrees in Asian Studies (B.S.), Applied Linguistics (M.A.), and Organizational and Instructional Science (Ph.D.). He has researched, taught, and published widely in many different countries. He has participated as a guest lecturer at many international conferences on such topics as productivity, quality, and training. Recently, Dr. Groberg was the keynote speaker at eh National Quality Association Conference of the former U.S.S.R. in Voronezh, Russia.
Dee deeply believes in people and in their inherent potential. He doesn’t have to “build” what is already there. He just helps release it. He has real life experience with a broad range of organizations, from some of the world’s largest multinational to some of the smallest start-ups. He has worked and lived all over the world-in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia. He has directed training programs in Africa, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East-not only for expatriates, but for local executives too. (Dee speaks several languages.)
Dee is the middle child from a family of eleven, and he and his wife, Sharon, have six children themselves. He enjoys reading, writing, poetry, music, learning, teaching, movies, traveling, swimming, skiing, scuba diving, time with his friends and family...An article once written about him said, “If variety is the spice of life, then Dee is well seasoned.”
